Our classic. The pad most dancers start with and most teachers recommend.

Somewhere to practice at home without wrecking the floor or driving the rest of the house mad. The Original Green Practice Pad gives you a proper working surface anywhere you can unroll it, and it has been the backbone of what we do since 2017.

Why dancers use it

Protects your floor. Hard shoes and hardwood are not friends. The pad takes the damage instead of your floorboards, and it sits flat on wood, tile, laminate or concrete.

Keeps the peace. The foam core absorbs enough sound that you can drill at home without a knock on the door, while still letting you hear your own rhythms clearly.

Goes where you go. Roll it up and it travels. Studio, feis, backstage, hotel room.

Built to last. These pads take years of hard shoe work. We hear from dancers still using pads they bought when they were in beginners.

Carry case sold separately

Our custom Irish Dance Pro carry case is designed around this pad, with room for shoes, socks and everything else that goes to a feis. It is listed as a separate item so you can add one if you need it, or skip it if you already have one.

Carry case availability varies by region. If it does not appear at checkout, we are between shipments and it will be back.

Shipping and delivery

• Ireland: free shipping, 5 to 10 days
• United Kingdom: free shipping, 7 to 12 days
• Rest of Europe: shipping calculated at checkout, 10 to 14 days
• North America: shipping calculated at checkout, 5 to 10 days

We ship from warehouses in Ireland and the United States, so your order goes out from whichever is closest to you. Delivery estimates run from dispatch, and tracking is sent as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Customs and import charges

Ireland and the EU: no additional charges.

United Kingdom: orders ship from our warehouse in Ireland, and the UK sits outside the EU customs union. Import VAT, duty or a carrier handling fee may be applied on arrival. Any such charges are set by UK authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We offer free shipping to the UK to help offset this, but we cannot accept responsibility for charges applied at the border.

Anywhere else outside the EU and North America: the same applies. Charges vary by country and we have no control over them or advance sight of the amount.
