What are your return policies?

We offer a full refund on any order returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

After 30 days of receipt of order, orders can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition. Faulty items can be returned at any time. If you change your mind about an order, a full refund can be sought once it's been delivered to you. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card that was used for purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Items must be returned pre-paid before a refund is issued. The cost of returning items back to us is not refunded. When sending a return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of purchase. Refund payment: Once our warehouse has received your returned order we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days. Refund on sale items: We are under no obligation to refund the price difference of an item that was purchased before it went on sale.
