At Irish Dance Pro, we're dedicated to serving Irish dancers worldwide. Our distribution network ensures you can order and receive your kit within days, wherever you are.

- In-stock items: 5 to 10 business days from dispatch
- Dispatch: within 1 to 2 business days of your order
Where your order ships from
We have warehouses in:
- Ireland (for Europe, UK, and Ireland orders)
- Pennsylvania, USA (for USA and Canada orders)
Your order is shipped from the warehouse nearest to you for faster, more affordable delivery. Direct collection from warehouses is not available.
Delivery partners
Orders are shipped via leading regional carriers, including FedEx, DPD, An Post, and USPS depending on your destination. All shipments include full tracking.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and delivery updates. You can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Design & manufacturing
All Irish Dance Pro products are designed by our Ireland-based team, combining rich Irish dance backgrounds with digital and product design expertise. Prototypes are perfected in Ireland, then produced by our trusted manufacturing partner in China, whom we've worked with for over 8 years.
Quality control & distribution
Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks post-manufacturing. Finished stock is then dispatched to our warehouses in Ireland and the USA, ready for fast local delivery to our customers.
Customs, VAT & duties
USA and Canada orders
Shipped from our Pennsylvania warehouse. No import duties or taxes apply.
Ireland and mainland Europe orders
Shipped from our Ireland warehouse. No import duties or taxes apply.
United Kingdom orders
Shipped from Ireland to the UK. Since Brexit, UK customs may charge import VAT (currently 20%) and a courier handling fee (typically £8-12) on delivery. These fees are collected by the courier and are not included in the product price or shipping.
All other regions
Please check your local import regulations. Any applicable taxes, VAT, duties, or courier fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missed deliveries
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with rescheduling or collection instructions. Please follow the courier's guidance to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Why we ask for your phone number
We may need to contact you about your order or shipping. Your number is only shared with our delivery partner for delivery purposes and is never used for marketing.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return policy
- Within 30 days of delivery: Full refund for items returned unused in original packaging.
- Faulty items: Can be returned at any time for full refund or replacement, contact for assessment.
How to return an item
Contact us at info@irishdancepro.com to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions.
Return guidelines
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
- Please ensure the item is packed securely for transit. We recommend a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
- If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we're unable to refund the price difference.
