Tap Dance Practice Pad

Somewhere to practice at home without wrecking the floor or driving everyone else in the building mad.

The Tap Dance Practice Pad gives you a proper working surface anywhere you can unroll it. It takes the impact of tap shoes, cuts the noise down considerably, and still gives you a clean, clear sound to work against.

Why dancers use it

Protects your floor. Tap shoes and hardwood are not friends. The pad takes the damage instead of your floorboards, and it sits flat on wood, tile, laminate or concrete.

Keeps the peace. The foam core absorbs enough sound that you can drill rhythms in an apartment without a knock on the door, while still letting you hear your own work clearly.

Goes where you go. Roll it up and it travels. Studio, backstage, hotel room, a friend's kitchen.

Saves on studio rental. The most common thing we hear is that it pays for itself against a few hours of rented practice space.

Shipping and delivery

Ships from our warehouse in Pennsylvania. Available in the United States and Canada only.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 days from dispatch, with tracking sent as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. No customs or import charges apply within North America.

Studios, schools and teachers

We hold a limited number of units and work directly with studios rather than through distributors. Studios use them as a practice surface in the studio itself, resell them to their students, or give them as end-of-year and recital awards.
