When you place your order, you only need to pay 50% upfront. The remaining balance will be automatically charged in early December, just before we ship your mat. This allows you to spread the cost leading up to Christmas.

All orders placed through our Christmas campaign are guaranteed to be delivered by December 10th, ensuring your mat arrives in time for the holidays.
Can I cancel my order after placing the deposit?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before the final payment is processed in December. Your deposit will be fully refunded if you decide to cancel before the final charge.
What happens if I can't make the final payment?
If you're unable to complete the final payment, your order will be put on hold until the balance is settled. We will notify you via email before the final charge to give you a reminder.
