How can I rearrange the delivery of my order?

If a driver has attempted delivery to you and left a card you should use the re-delivery service. If the driver has not attempted delivery or left a card you should contact the delivery company. You must include a tracking/ consigment number, delivery address or re-delivery date. Note: Orders can only be delivered between Monday - Friday:

What should I do if I think my order is lost?

If you think your order is lost or is taking an unusual amout of time to be delivered, please contact us at info@irishdancepro.com and we will begin a process to find your missing item.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

If your order has got damaged while in transit, please contact us so we can assess your claim and look into your case.
